Hello !

First , I have

Here is what she has to say...

Hey there !
I am Anu (Crafter Anu). I am a Delhi based crafter, a freelance artist and proud owner of craft brand HANDMADE LOVE. Also I am currently working with TUBBY CRAFT (a craft supply brand) as their designer. My area of work is mainly focused on paper crafts like cardmaking, stamping, scrapbooking etc. but I do love to paint, sketch as well.
Today I am here to share a super simple & fun project with you all.
I have used Craftyscrappers 'never change' stamp set to make this spotlight card. I have full pictoral for you on my blog.

Next I have for you

Here is what she has to say!
Hi. I'm Sharda, originally from Jaipur, now married in Mumbai.
I have two priceless possessions for this life,
a darling 6 year old daughter and a cute 9 month old son.
This enthusiastic little boy has sped down my creations as he is now all set to try his hands on my craft supplies.
I am an MBA (finance) by qualigfication and have worked with Axis Bank. But, my heart was always there in creative work, be it writing, crafting or even garnishing the day to day meals.
I could never solely be a finance professional. To add on to my creative skills, I pursued graphic designing too.
Crafting is my stress buster. !0 minutes of creativity takes away all the tiredness and relaxes my heart and mind to the core. I enjoy making all kinds of folios and albums and scrapbooks. Recently I started making cards as my health was not permitting long sittings required for albums. So card making came to my rescue.
Last month was really really lucky for me as I received a SPECIAL MENTION at Paru's Card Making Challenges. This motivated me to create more cards and generated self confidence that, Yes! I can make cards too.
Thanks a lot Paru! It means a lot to me!

About my card

I have created a card with Craftyscrappers 'Buzzing by to say hi' stamp set.
Firstly I created the background with Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed and Dried Marigold distress inks.
Stamped the bee, coloured it with markers, fussy cut and adhered it with foam tape. Used a die cut sentiment with glossy accent and heat embossed the sentiment on black cardstock and lastly added some enamel dots.

I hope you have been inspired to pull out your crafty supplies and to come and play my
this month!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day!

INSPIRATION

To inspire you this month, I have the winner of the August FAMILY challenge

Priyanka Kantak

Her creativity is fabulous and exciting!
Here is what she had to say about herself and her creations!

Hello Crafty Friends!
I am Priyanka from Mumbai.
By profession, I am a voice over artist, lending my voice for E-learning, T.V. commercials, radio ads and Corporate AV's.
I'm have a bachelor's degree in Textile and Fashion Technology and am a voracious reader.
You can find me here on Instagram and on my blog

I am so honoured to Guest design for
Paru's Card Making Challenges, a challenge blog thats very close to my heart.
This is the very first cardmaking challenge that I won.
I am a regular participant here.

This month the theme is 'Anything Goes'.

For this I have made an oval easel card and a tag to go along with it.

I have used the Simon Says Stamp background stamp 'Flower Explosion' in both my card and tag.

For the card, I have coloured with Koi watercolours and used an oval die by Die Cuts and More .
I also tried the inlaid die cutting technique for the sentiment.
The 'Thanks' die cut is by Pink and Main.

For the tag I used a Spellbinders tag die.
I stuck a black tag die cut on the back to add interest and also to make it sturdier.
The sentiment is from an Itsy Bitsy stamp set.

I hope you like my creations and are inspired to make your own!

To inspire you some more,
I have some fun cards  for you this month!

Pop-up slider cards are a lot of fun ,
so I decided to make one
showing a box of fun goodies for a friends' 50th birthday.

I started out by die cutting the  pop up panel using a die
(which I've had for years but never used!)
from The Rubber Cafe.
I couldn't find a link to the store but here is a video showing you how easy it is to make one.
The dies I used for the box and the goodies are from My Favourite things and Honey Bee Stamps.
The sentiment is something I made up and printed out.
I used distress inks to colour the glasses and Camlin watercolour cakes to create the paint splatter.
I used Fevicryl gold paint to add the gold splatter to the black card base .
I'd love to hear what you think, so do leave me a comment.

My second card is very simple and CAS.
I used Craftangles white texture paste along with Fevicryl gold powder..This powder is usually used with a medium to paint. I decided to add the dry powder to the white texture paste as an experiment.
I love the dull gold finish I got.

I used the Craftangles Ganesh stencil and once dry, I added a small hibiscus flower (stamped, watercoloured and fussy cut) to add a spot of colour.
The Ganesh panel is cut using Simon Says Stamp stitched dies and adhered using fun foam on a white textured card base.

I hope you have been inspired to play along...ANYTHING GOES..It's easy!!

I will have more inspiration for you from last month's winners
as the month progresses, to help get the creative juices flowing!
